ZamMe - The new generation of travelling
We are build a new option for the Swiss locals and tourists to traveling Switzerland (loopholes in the public transportation in Switzerland).
We are creating the first Swiss car-hailing / car-pooling system in Switzerland. The software is designed to provide a platform, which can be used by passengers and drivers where they can after the registration offer or ask rides.
It makes the personal transportation much easier and faster.
The Problem
Not easy public transport
In Switzerland the public transport system is very nice and has good infrastructure. in the main cities. However there are also a few loopholes we can fill and make it in another way working as the traditional public transport system.
First of all the geographic specifications of Switzerland is quite unique. It is in the alps that means there are a lot of mountains, glacier lakes and valley. Of course they are doing an excellent job with tunnels for trains and for the main parts of the highways, but if we take a look at the demographic specifics of Switzerland we see, that there are a few big cities (Geneva, Zürich, Basel etc.) and a lot of smaller settlements around the cities and so 70-80% on the countryside. There are no public transport at night in Switzerland and that makes quite difficult for the people to get from A settlement to B settlement without having/owning a car.
High transport costs
Switzerland is one of the most expensive countries in the world. Therefor the prices of the public transport tickets are also very high.
This is not so good for the tourists. Mainly they visit this spectacular country from abroad and in their home country are the wages less than in Switzerland. In order to save money on travel and spend it on experience, what makes memorable moments for them is psychologically help them to make decision to choose the solution that fits them better.
With our solution we can decrease the time by 30-50% on this example and the costs by approximately 40-60%.
Time consuming public transport
If you want to go to the countryside from a bigger city you need to transfer usually more than one times. While the people waiting for transfer they spend a lot of time useless. It’s not a surprise, that public transport has many stops, which make the tour much longer, than get to the desired location directly.
The time factor plays a very big role in our daily life. We all have 24 hours a day and the more we can save on traveling the more we can use doing what we enjoy. To be able to save 40-60% of the time on traveling is one of the biggest goal of us. The passengers don’t have to wait for the bus or make unnecessary stops between the destinations means that they can save a lot of time and make personal transportation much more efficient. When the passengers need less time to get from A to B means they have more time enjoying life and relax.
The solution
Our solution can decrease the time duration of the travel by 40-60% and the costs by 30-50%, compare to the public transport. To travel by car is one of the most comfortable way and we would like to offer this opportunity to our customers.
Nowadays money plays a very important role in our life. It is sad to say but we all need it and have to willing to give up a part of our life while making it. To register as a driver was never been easier. Just fill the register form with a few necessary data and you are ready to offer your first ride.
The drivers use our platform as much as they would like to, there is no daily, weekly or monthly requirements. As a registered driver, you will be able to help the passengers to get from A settlement to B settlement while you making money. You can do it also while you are going to your workplace, just take a few people with you and before you get to your destination you already earned money. As simple as it sounds.
